| How do we order? |
| It is easy to place an order with Behind The Back Sportswear. No messy order forms. No complicated math. We'll do all the work for you. All you have to do is decide what items you want to order. Just call us. We'll step you through the ordering process, and when we are done, we will send an order confirmation fax. The confirmation fax will display your order so there is no confusion. After looking over the fax, approve your order by signing, dating and faxing the confirmation back to us. Keep your copy for your records. It's that easy! |

| How do we customize your order? |
Our products are completely customizable. Select an item and change the text, mascots and colors to suit your needs. Embroidered prices include a single multi-color pocket design. Original designs may require an art charge,
so call for details. |

| What sizes should we order? |
| Available sizes are noted next to each product in the catalog. Adult top sizes vary by product (call your representative for details.) If you have any questions concerning your group's sizes, call us. |

| How much does shipping cost? |
| Shipping and handling charges are 5% of the total order, with a minimum charge of $15.00. Shipping surcharges may apply to Alaska and Hawaiian orders. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders are all acceptable. |

| Can we order a sample? |
| A credit card is required to be on file before any sample can be sent. After 30 days, you may elect to either have your credit card charged and keep the sample or return the sample without obligation. |
